Few comments I must made. I do not wish to argue , but to clarify :
1/ in 2 ch 7 :13 , the Bible text says ..If I shut up the heavens ..etc ”
It is NOT When , when is not there , the word used incorrectly by many Bible versions is hane -BEHOLD IF
הֵן hên, hane; a primitive particle; lo!; also (as expressing surprise) if:—behold, if, lo, though.
Which is in perfect harmony with Deut 28 , where God gives His people a choice eg , IF you hear the voice of your God and IF you obey , then … good outcome and vice verse , IF you don not hear – then bad outcome .
The choice is given to us . It is the same way with 2 ch 7 when God spoke to Solomon
2/in 2 ch 7 :14 , the interlinear bible shows there is no if , NASB20( new American Standard Bible 2020) correctly renders it “and my people over whom my Name is called humble themselves and pray…
3/ Israel is the new Testament church , not Jews connected with old covenant .
Only Jews accepting Christ will be grafted back to the olive tree .
When lost Gentiles joined the The Way , the New Testament Church , Paul says that they joined the Commonwealth of Israel .
Also Paul teaches that the Israel is sum of the Gentle church + faithful Jews, Jews + Gentle into One new man in Jesus.
When at the end of time , in the fullness of Gentles , Jews are grafted back to the Olive tree , then Paul says , ALL Israel ( Jew + Gentle ) will be saved .
So the 144 000 are the first fruit ( as Christ was ) of the last day harvest , they the Vanguard of God and will be borne by the Woman from Rev 12, the Man child to teach and lead the Woman into the fight with the Dragon.

One of the hardest things to do by spirit or by flesh is humble yourself! Even a high ranking angel, a first created, so bright this being was known as the morning star. Could not humble himself to God’s newest creation, a being man of flesh, man….
Now this fleshly being, a twinkle in God’s eye, is now rebelling against the Creator. A clay pot telling the Potter how it should be created and how it will live. Pride, what’s in it for me, and beauty in the flesh, all soon to cause hate, pain and decay.
Humble yourself, obey and seek the face of God,. Holy-Holy-Holy as the heavenly host sing, praise and be thankful always and know that I am.
America will never be healed, for the American cannot humble themselves with all it’s pride, like spoiled kids! Our father will make every knee bow, what we are about to see soon, no one has seen ever! There will be no more pride at the day of judgement, just tears and fear.

@Mark- nothing you said isn’t true. We, Americans are prideful, privileged, self-absorbed, haughty, arrogant and entitled. Our nation is falling because most of us will not seek Him, we’ve kicked the Lord out of this nation. Many believe He doesn’t exist or they find Him unnecessary, anachronistic and boring. To ask most Americans to repent and seek Him is falling on deaf ears. Soon enough that will change. Lord help us, help those who are in great need of Our Lord because they willfully had their eyes and ears closed. Telling the truth in this day is necessary for far too many are on the precipice of losing eternal salvation.
Is America and other latter-day nations of Israel to W-O-K-E to W-A-K-E up and W-O-R-K at repentance? These three four letters come in three letter words also! W-O-E, W-O-E and W-O-E!!!
