CORNUCOPIA: The Hall of Delights, Introduction – June 20, 2019

5 fold 2

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping the saints to do the work of ministry, to edify [build up and strengthen] the body of Christuntil we all come to a unified faith and the full knowledge of the Son of God, [made into] to a perfect man, to the [same] measure and stature of the Lord Jesus Christ;” – (Ephesians 4:11-13)

This verse basically says: Jesus went back to Heaven but left the five functions of the church here to do the work of preparing us to expand the gospel on the earth, and to shape us into the exact replica of the ‘perfect man’, just as Jesus is.

Today the Lord gave me the conclusion of two visions He started on June 18, 2019.

The Lord has been speaking clearly about the rights, responsibilities, duties and obligations of the five-fold ministry (i.e. Ministers of the Five). These people are “gifts” specifically given by God to His church: to teach them truth, to hold them accountable before the Lord, and to charge them with the full gospel so they can come out of sin and follow Jesus wholeheartedly. The five-fold ministry is an interlocking, symbiotic, and carefully prepared leadership of the Body of Christ- people gifted, anointed and hand-chosen to do the work of preparing God’s church to one day be united with Him in Heaven. It is a weighty and holy appointment, not to be taken lightly and NEVER to be appropriated by self unless God has chosen that one to be a part of His number.

It is highly understandable then (from God’s point of view at least), that:

Failing to do this work: The shepherds of my people have lost their senses. They no longer seek wisdom from the LORD. Therefore they fail completely, and their flocks are scattered.” – (Jeremiah 10:21)

Refusing to do this work: But whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.” – (Matthew 10:33)

Neglecting to do this work: “But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, ‘Son, go, work today in my vineyard.’ Yet he answered and said, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he regretted it and went. Then he came to the second and said likewise. And he answered and said, ‘I go,sir,’ but he did not go. 31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” – (Matthew 21:28- 31)

Cutting corners while doing this work: “By the [particular] grace of God that I RECEIVED, I have laid the foundation as wise master builder, and now another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it.” – (1 Corinthians 3:10)

Denying to do this work:“They profess to know God, but they deny him by their works. They are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good work.” – (Titus 1:16)

Appointing self to do this work: “Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified” – (Romans 8:30)

“No one takes this honour upon himself; he must be called by God, just as Aaron was.” – (Hebrews 5:4)

And GOD hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers… ” – (1 Corinthians 12:28)

PRETENDING TO DO THIS WORK: “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock that the Holy Spirit has given you to oversee, mindfully shepherding the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock, and from your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.  Therefore be on your guard” – (Acts 20:29- 31a)

From the Lord’s perspective it is clear that whether you have been appointed to do this work and you don’t, or whether you have NOT been appointed to do it and you do, these are grave offences to God. All of these failures results in a weak church that is easy prey for demons, satanists and Satan himself to creep up on and destroy. When God’s people are destroyed for not knowing, or not understanding certain things properly and how deadly they are, God is grieved, and does not take it lightly.

Hosea 4:6“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge;”

Proverbs 29:18- Where there is no vision people perish, but happy are those who keep my commands.” Another version says Without revelation people run wild, but one who heeds instruction will be happy.”

So it is easy to see the DIRECT CORRELATION between the five-fold minister’s duty to preach not their own opinion or popular theory, BUT THE FULL, UNADULTERATED WORD AND COUNSEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, in order for the Body under each minister’s care to grow healthy, whole, powerful, and full of the good graces of the Lord Jesus Himself. “Imitate me, as I imitate Christ” Apostle Paul said, proving that every appointed church leader has a continuing responsibility to emulate Jesus themselves, in order to be the first example of what a godly man or woman looks like. THEN the congregation is urged to follow their steps. But this is unfortunately not the case today.

Without needing to elaborate, the age of the false churchfallen church and the megachurch of popcorn and entertainment has never been more glaring or omnipresent than it is now. People increasingly expect church to fit a certain mould or perception; they do not want to be uncomfortable, challenged, discipled or disciplined, and to a great extent this prompts five fold ministry leaders to compromise on everything from the presentation of the pastors themselves (i.e. lifestyle, clothing, brands, hair, makeup, delivery, content of messages and truth), to the presentation and layout of the church itself (i.e. they’re built like Roman colosseums now, rigged for high octane impact with mega-beams of light focused centre stage where all the “action” happens- they come complete with superstar-like sound systems, smoke machines, LASERS, big screens, great seats, and the capacity to leak confetti or balloons from the roof on demand.)

Besides slowly incorporating all the world’s benefits to make church easier on the ears, even smaller churches are trying harder to be relevant- but in the process they may miss the mark and emulate all the wrong things. The result is an experience that neither presents CHRIST AS HE IS, or US AS WE OUGHT TO BE. We are aiming and striving for the wrong things in the fellowship of believers, and the time is coming where God will correct with a sharp stick all the things He’s warned about for so long. “Judgement begins at the house of God” says the Bible, but correction begins at the HEAD.

Here are the visions of the five fold ministry as shown to me by the Holy Spirit on June 18 and June 20, 2019.

Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?”

He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”

He said to him, “Feed My lambs.”

He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?”

He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”

He said to him, “Tend My sheep.”

He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?”

And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.”

Jesus said to him, “FEED MY SHEEP.
